initial steps to become publicly traded.1 October,
2009 - Miami, Florida - Airborne Security Corp
announced today a series of steps to become publicly
traded, improve its capital structure and position
itself for continued growth. The Company intends,
through a series of investor transactions, to
restructure a portion of its common equity and achieve
public market trading for its common shares.
Airborne Security Corp. has experienced significant
growth in recent years and believes that the increased
emphasis on security, liability issues and the increase
in crime brought resulting from the weakened economy
make this an excellent time to seek further expansion.
Airborne Security Corp achieved record earnings for the
second quarter of 2008 on the strength of improved
industry conditions and productivity gains.
Airborne Security Corp President Jerry Deutsch said

With our highly liquid balance sheet, comprehensive

well positioned to adjust our growth strategy to take
